Ideal Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school, with a strong academic record
Active Bar Admission in Georgia (required)
2–3 years of substantive experience in commercial and business litigation
Demonstrated experience with all phases of litigation: pleadings, motions, discovery, arbitration, and trial prep
Prior participation in Moot Court or Law Review is a plus
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage assigned cases independently while thriving in a team-based setting
Key Responsibilities
Represent a diverse portfolio of clients in state and federal court, as well as arbitration panels
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Conduct depositions, assist in trial preparation, and represent clients in hearings and arbitrations
Stay abreast of relevant legal developments impacting business and commercial litigation
Collaborate with senior litigators on complex disputes in sectors such as financial services, real estate, insurance, life sciences, energy, and technology
