Job Description:
Seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work in a high-tech, cleanroom environment assembling sensitive components. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, steady hand/finger dexterity, and the ability to follow written instructions under minimal supervision.
Training Schedule:
All new hires will begin on 1st shift for training, regardless of their assigned shift.
Training includes:
Classroom training (approx. 2 business days or up to 1 week): Covers onboarding tasks such as safety procedures, timecard setup, and access to factory systems.
On-the-job training (OTJ): Conducted during daytime hours and includes hands-on instruction prior to transitioning to the designated shift. Duration of OTJ varies based on individual progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manual assembly tasks including soldering and component installatio
- Operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment
- Use microscopes and ovens for inspection and processing
- Follow detailed written instructions via our Factory Operating System (FOS)
- Log nonconformance's and perform rework as needed
- Participate in annual training for safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree or technical training preferred
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Basic math and computer skills Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation
- Strong communication, time management, and adaptability
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Microelectronics or aerospace/defense manufacturing experience
- Soldering experience to Military or ANSI/J standards
- Strong quality and safety mindset Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Continuous improvement mindset
