Contract Special Security Representative
The Opportunity:
An efficient security program requires a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with the capacity to solve complex problems while safe-guarding sensitive information. It requires someone committed to recognizing short falls, performing risk mitigation measures, and aligning team goals to ensure protection of all security assets. As the Contractor Spe cia l Security Representative, you will design, implement, and manage policies and procedures to support a federal government agency's Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility ( SCIF ) operations and security management.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience in compartmented programs in DoD U.S. Intelligence Community or supporting U.S. contractors
- Experience creating and maintaining DoD Risk Management Framework ( RMF ) measures and controls
- Experience working in an intelligence agency or DoD component SCIF or Spe cia l Access Program ( SAP ) facility
- Experience maintaining TEMPEST compliance and monitoring SCIF personnel and visitors for policy violation
- Experience overseeing visitor control and access control programs, ensuring self-inspections and maintenance of SCIF documentation
- Ability to plan, organize, and support the functions and staff of a team supporting Security Training Planning and carrying out necessary compliance policies to protect classified information and materials pertinent to all SCIFs operations
- Ability to work effectively with others to find solutions to problems or questions related to the work, develop clear and concise procedures for handling classified materials, take a briefing task from receipt through power point presentation, position defense in a multiorganizational forum, and present security products to senior audiences for decision-making purposes to support Home-Station Training
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with military training and spe cia l security support, or 6+ years of experience with military training and spe cia l security support in lieu of a degree
- DoDM 8140.03 or DoD 8750.01-M IAT Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience working in Mission Training Complexes ( MTCs )
- Experience in spe cia l security at the operational level
- Knowledge of security policies and procedures, including National Industrial Security Program Supplement and DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3
- Knowledge of the duties performed by the Information System Security Officer ( ISSO )
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
