Description:
C3EL is seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer to join our team on-site in Bahrain. This role requires a motivated individual who will be responsible for operating and maintaining telecommunication systems supporting video and audio transmissions.

Description:
C3EL is seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer to join our team on-site in Bahrain. This role requires a motivated individual who will be responsible for operating and maintaining telecommunication systems supporting video and audio transmissions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
- Current Security+ CE Certification.
- Current Network+ CE Certification (or CCNA/CCNP).
- Detailed knowledge of H.323, H.320, H.264, G.711, G.722, G.728, H.261, H.263, and H.264.
- Detailed knowledge of Tandberg and Polycom VTC coder-decoder (CODEC) and equipment.
- Detailed knowledge of Tandberg and Polycom Multi-point capabilities.
- Detailed knowledge of A/V concepts.
- Knowledge and familiarity of DISA/DVSG and site licensing.
- Knowledge and familiarity of encryption devices (KIV-7, KG devices, TACLANE devices, etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of networks and the ability to troubleshoot network problems.
- Ability to write technical documents.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Associate degree in a related discipline plus seven (7) years of relevant experience. Degree may be substituted for additional experience. Experience must Include two (2) years of experience in a military environment.
