Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and track federal and commercial business opportunities (SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS)
- Monitor procurement forecasts and upcoming recompetes
- Support proposal coordination, including assembling attachments, resumes, and compliance matrices
- Maintain and update CRM and pipeline tracking tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Draft and update capability statements, teaming outreach emails, and BD content
- Coordinate internal and external BD meetings, including agenda prep and action tracking
- Organize business development files, templates, past performance data, and reusable artifacts
- Support administrative operations as needed (report formatting, task tracking, scheduling)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in business development, capture support, or federal contracting
- Understanding of GovCon lifecycle, opportunity pipelines, and teaming practices
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
