Platform Services Lead

Apogee is seeking a Platform Services Lead in support of various programs across the organization

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities
• Responsible for the effective management of funds and personnel and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items
• Operates within client guidance, contractual limitations, and company business and policy directives
• Serves as focal point of contact with client regarding program activities
• Ensures that all required resources including work force, production standards, computer time, and facilities are available for program implementation
• Manages program consisting of multiple projects including project identification, design, development, and delivery
• Maintains the development and execution of business opportunities based on broad, general guidance
• Responsible for marketing new technology and follow-on business acquisitions. May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility
Certifications: Must possess a Sec+ or IAM II Equivalent
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: Minimum of 12 years experience in project/program management to include:

• Day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations
• Experience in effective management of funds and personnel and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items
• Manages program consisting of multiple projects including project identification, design, development, and delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in program/project management
