Parsons is looking for an agile Space / Launch Mission Integrator to join our growing Space Development & Integration team in Torrance, California!
Since the beginning of the drive to space, we have provided end-to-end, holistic support to the critical aspects of space operations. Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00

What You Will Be Doing :
- Deliver systems engineering leadership for one or more space integration efforts including multi-manifest launch integration activities supporting U.S. Government requirements for a resilient space system.
- Define and design system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility
- Engage with stakeholders to define, refine, validate and verify all interface requirements are satisfied. Develop ICDs, MSPSPs, and ground integration CONOPS plans. Engage with stakeholders in meetings to execute the integration process on a time/schedule sensitive program
- Support space vehicle and launch system integration reviews at contractor facilities and at the launch site in support of launch campaign activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders delivering engineering and integration analysis products to support the program execution.
What Required Skills You'll Bring :
- US Citizenship with the willingness and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or other STEM degree, with demonstrated experience in this mission domain
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience in the defense industry (Master's degree can be replaced with required experience)
- Strong communications skills and capacity to engage with current and potential clients and stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% possible
What Desired Skills You Might Bring :
- Active DoD Security clearance
- Experience with one or more systems engineering management tools like VISURE, DOORS, and/or JIRA.
- 3+ years' experience in government or industry supporting space, aerospace, or related defense programs
- Familiar with space systems integration analysis and requirements verification processes and are willing to engage in program and technical discussions to determine compatible solutions
- Experience with effective organizational skills and pursue/deliver solutions including space system, ground, and launch integration packages
