Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer or scientist to serve as a Missile System Engineer on foreign missile systems. The candidate will lead or support the analysis of the missile's p ropulsion subsystem, guidance and navigation, airframe, and control subsystems using insights gained from intelligence data. The candidate will work with a multi-discipline team to develop a comprehensive understanding, assessment, and design of the foreign missile.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or STEM-related degree.
- Experience in weapons systems design, missile systems design, or weapons systems performance analysis
- Able to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms.
- Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with immediate eligibility for SCI
Required Experience:
- Two or more years' experience with missile systems/subsystems, such as any of the following: propulsion, airframe, controls, materials, guidance and navigation, fuze, warhead, missile signatures, or seekers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with system design and trade studies.
- Experience supporting US Government S&TI Centers.
- Previous All-Source analysis experience
