Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or another related field.
* 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.
* Experience in ATS Systems (preferably iCIMS) and CRM/Talent communities.
* Travel, as needed, for annual meetings, training and other yearly events.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
* Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Strong team player that is able to work within and across organizational boundaries and geographic locations/time zones.
* Previous experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have enough mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds, as necessary.
Location/Work Schedule:
This is a remote work from home position. Remote opportunities are strongly preferred in the following states: Texas and Illinois.
Although there is flexibility built into the role, it is expected that the HR Talent Management Specialist be available during normal business hours and have a dedicated workspace. On occasion the person in this role may be asked to support the company's needs early in the morning or evenings.
