INNOVIM Defense Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to join our team in supporting the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) program at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Under this contract, INNOVIM Defense Services supports the development, implementation, sustainment, and operations of enclaves and systems that support missile defense training, events, analysis, and operations.

Description of Duties:
The Facilities Maintenance Planner / Scheduler supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. As the maintenance Planner / Scheduler you will interact with Facilities Operations and Maintenance technicians, other departments (Project Managers, Engineers, Leadership), and customers supporting missions at the MDIOC.

The Planner/Scheduler will also:
Perform a key role within the Reliability Centered Maintenance program by implementing the best practices of work control, preventive maintenance optimization, job scoping and estimation.
Utilize Maximo to generate work orders, create weekly work schedules, create and run reports, and maintain asset data.
Optimize existing job plans and create new job plans with safety at the forefront for the work force in corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance work.
Build and maintain job plan library.
Maintain equipment documentation such as equipment operation and maintenance manuals, bill of materials, etc.
Support procurement of materials used for maintenance activities.
Plan, schedule and coordinate all maintenance work around mission events.
Work with the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) team to enhance equipment reliability through the preventive maintenance program.
Work closely with customers to ensure their needs/expectations are met in a timely manner.
Serves as a member of the Facilities Operations and Maintenance leadership team.
Work closely with Maintenance Engineers and technicians to plan work orders, adjust PM plans/schedules, maintain asset data, track departmental performance (KPIs).
Prepare parts kits for maintenance work; increasing wrench time and avoiding wasted efforts due to lack of parts, incorrect materials, etc.
Understand and interpret engineering design and as-built drawings.
Manage work order backlog, ensure resources are deployed adequately to complete all maintenance work within prioritized timeframes.
Ensure work force management is balanced enough to accommodate emergent work activities.
Assist with coordination, scheduling and support for non-maintenance projects.
Serve as the Maximo Administrator for creation of user accounts, dashboards, etc.
Planning facilities maintenance efforts will be the primary role for this position.
Have excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Basic Requirements:
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 6 years of general experience; Associate degree and 4 years of general experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of general experience
Must have 4, or more, years of technical experience in industrial or facilities fields: electrical, HVAC or mechanical
systems.
Must have 2, or more, years of experience planning maintenance work in an industrial or facilities environment.
Must have experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Must have experience with Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word.

Desired Requirements:
Have advanced experience with Maximo CMMS.
Have a CMRT or CMRP certification.
Have an understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Best Practices.
