Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Special Access Programs Information Technology Support Services. In this role you will provide overall program support including on-and-off boarding, PSA IT and CATM.

Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Special Access Programs Information Technology Support Services. In this role you will provide overall program support including on-and-off boarding, PSA IT and CATM.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support that encompasses all phases and execution of the SAP IT Programs that involves a wide range of tasks that require handling sensitive information, managing communication flow, and coordinating between leadership and external/internal stakeholders while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of all DoD CIO SAP-IT personnel for security and required system accounts.
- Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to contractual deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and management support functions.
- Preparing read-ahead packages, briefing books, and materials, providing protocol support, filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the front office.
- Coordinating with the VTC Point of Contact (POC) or the NOC.
- As needed assist with arranging conference rooms, contacting participants, distributing agendas, preparing and reproducing meeting materials, arranging for the availability of graphic aids, recording meeting minutes, maintaining invitation and attendee contact rosters, and escorting visitors as required. Additionally, monitor access to SCIF and SAPF facilities and provide phone coverage as needed.
- Develop key process area dashboards that consolidate data from multiple databases, tables, and charts into a single page, providing senior leadership with a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of critical organizational activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- 7+ years related experience providing support for an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/Joint Staff/Interagency environment or similar level.
- Prior experience with DoD correspondence (e.g, email and memos).
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSD and the Components
- Energetic and the capability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adapt to rapidly changing requirements, and multi-task capabilities
