Systems Engineer

Apogee is seeking Infrastructure Engineers in Support of various programs across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the advanced use of tools and technologies and how to integrate them into existing products and processes.
• Perform technical support for software development programs while providing management supervision and oversight to junior personnel.
• Provide support to and work with design and development teams, including the leadership of these teams, and monitors progress and productivity through the use of metrics.
• Apply advanced knowledge of modern IT architecture and development operations (DevOps) processes, including object-oriented development/tools for the purpose of application development
• Perform translation of operational requirements into detailed software/system requirements
• Integrate COTS products into software/system architectures

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess TS w/SCI Eligibility
Certifications: Security+ or equivalent IAM II
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: 8 years experience in software development, systems engineering, devops or other relevant technical field to include:

• knowledge of modern IT architecture and development operations (DevOps) processes, including object-oriented development/tools
• Translation of operational requirements into detailed software/system requirements
• Integration of COTS products into software/system architectures

Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: 5 years in software development, systems engineering, devops or other relevant technical field

Additional Experience:

Experience with NC3 Planning and Analysis systems
