Who You Are

The Estimator shall provide cost-estimating related support and services.The estimator shall assist with developing procurement solutions through the use of mathematical, statistical, and operations research techniques. The Cost Analyst shall assist in the development of complex cost studies, prepare related documentation, and assist with analysis for systems and programs.

This role is expected to be 100% onsite.

What You'll Do

As an Estimator, you will:

• Assist with preparing cost estimates.
• Understand and assist in performing risk analyses.
• Prepare reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Organize and normalize cost data.
• Support cost research and issue paper development.
• Assist with database architecture plans.
• Assist with database architecture development.
• Provide effective verbal and written correspondence.
• Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Must have a US TS/SCI with a Polygraph clearance.
• Must have a minimum of four years of experience as an estimator.
• Must have demonstrated experience in cost estimation in an engineering and construction environment.
• Must be proficient with cost estimation software and tools and have excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Must be familiar with project management processes and methodologies.
• Must possess an understanding of NEC4 Schedule of cost components, defined cost, and main options.
