iQuasar LLC is seeking a Project Manager Key Personnel. iQuasar is an 18+-year-old Northern Virginia company delivering recruitment, proposal development, digital marketing, software development and IT solutions to Small and Medium Business (SMB) Government contractors in technology and Civil Engineering verticals.
One of our clients in NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Port Hueneme, California, needs a Project Manager Key Personnel.
• Position: Project Manager Key Personnel
• Location: NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Port Hueneme, California
• Position Type: Full time
• Travel: Onsite
• Clearance: Secret
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, M.B.A or other technical Degree
• 12 years relevant experience supporting professional and administrative support services programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
• Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner
• Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) familiarity
• Communication and briefing skills
• Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
• Program and personnel management
• Financial management
• Risk management policies and assessment
• Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command
• Program management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
