Job Description: (Power Supplies/ Area 1)
This role is focused on testing power supplies for systems such as navigation and radar. The technician will be responsible for manual testing, setting up and operating test equipment, inputting data into our Factory Operating System (FOS), creating non-conformances for test failures, and performing rework. Training requirements will include safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other essential topics.
Required Skills:
• 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in testing, particularly in the navigation and radar system assemblies
• Comfortable using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word/Excel/PowerPoint), email, and math skills
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong safety focus
Desired Skills:
• Experience with robotic testing equipment, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), or high voltage testing is a plus
• Knowledge of 6 Sigma/Kaizen/Lean manufacturing
• Ability to work with diverse teams and meet production goals
• Continuous improvement mindset

This position involves acceptance testing for a variety of microelectronic parts in the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Factory. The technician will follow detailed work instructions to set up and operate test equipment, input data into our Factory Operating System (FOS), create non-conformances for test failures, and perform rework. Required training will cover safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and more.
Required Skills:
• 1+ years of relevant experience in testing microelectronic parts
• Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word/Excel/PowerPoint), email, and math skills
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to meet production goals and quality standards
Desired Skills:
• Experience with robotic testing, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), or high voltage testing is a plus
• Knowledge of 6 Sigma/Kaizen and continuous improvement principles
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Active or interim Secret Clearance preferred, NOT required to start
