JIRA Developer

Overview

i3 is seeking a mid-level JIRA Developer that will provide technical expertise supporting a software integration facility. The JIRA Developer must have a customer centric approach and provide all levels of support for the technical and cyber team as well as the user base community.

Responsibilities

A successful candidate will:

• Have experience in building and deploying JIRA applications.
• Design, build, and deploy dashboards for JIRA.
• Assist work centers in defining workflows, stories, epics, tasks, etc., and build them out.
• Create custom fields and custom preset filters.
• Test newly created enhancements for functionality and client requirements
• Identify JIRA related defects and future enhancements.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards to document configuration management changes.
• Execute other duties to include upgrading and enhancing existing JIRA projects, defining and executing SDLC task, and documenting and maintaining the SDLC.
• Ability to take on project ownership and satisfy requirements up to completion.
• Understanding of cyber security practices, such as DISA STIGs, RMF, and system hardening.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

Qualifications

• BS and 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8140/8570.01-M compliance, as required.
• Ability to attain and maintain SECRET Clearance.
• Ability to work with little or no direct supervision and in a team environment.
• Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
