TRG is seeking a dynamic Management Analyst to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) United States Coast Guard (USCG) with logistics analysis, data analysis, and strategic planning.
This position is currently based on-site with work being performed at the USCG Yard - Baltimore, Maryland. Core hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.

This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run and analyze reports from Navel and Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), Cognos, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Projects software, and other relevant databases to support logistics, maintenance, and operational activities.
- Conduct research using Federal Government Logistics Information System (FEDLOG), NESSS, and other federal logistics supply databases to ensure accurate material sourcing.
- Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, including Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs), configurations, and Time Compliant Technical Orders (TCTOs), using Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and SharePoint.
- Develop, process, and monitor TCTOs and ensure compliance with technical orders and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare and develop contract specifications and dry dock repair specifications for the Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) to support operational readiness.
- Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization to identify trends, model variables, and create tools to communicate findings effectively.
- Support logistics strategic planning and business process improvements, including the development of logistics support plans, reviewing logistics policies, and providing input to acquisition milestone documentation.
- Conduct technical analyses such as capacity planning, warehousing, transportation analysis, and system design alternatives to optimize logistics operations.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior logistics personnel, offering technical expertise, mentorship, and quality control for logistics analysis and support activities.
Education, Clearance, and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree Data Analytics, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
