Position Description
6 years demonstrated knowledge and experience with business process improvement and strategic communications. Responsible for working under the general guidance and leadership of more senior staff. Works independently to contribute to deliverables and perform activities; may lead moderately complex efforts. Experience providing analytical consulting, including current state analysis, requirements documentation, process mapping, and process improvement. Creates data visualization and analytics using Power BI.

Required Skills:
- BS/BA required
- Experience creating data visualizations with PowerBI
- Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
- 3+ years of experience in interacting with executive level clients
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
- Experience with Public Sector Clients (US Federal, Higher Education, State and Local Governments)
- General knowledge and experience with leading automation software products
- Continuous Improvement knowledge and/or certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Lean)
