The Opportunity:

Here, you'll have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to help propel change management and business processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an Change Manager and Requirements Analyst, you'll work to develop change management assets. Working with your team of engineers and testers, alongside user experience specialists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to the DoD.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a change manager in a government setting
  • 3+ years of experience performing process improvement actions
  • Experience gathering system requirements
  • Experience performing technical writing and creating technical reports
  • Experience performing system audits and making recommendations for process changes
  • Experience using ticketing systems and change request registries
  • Experience monitoring and setting KPIs to ensure performance measures are effective
  • Ability to support change management board meetings, including inviting stakeholders and documenting processes
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience in change management and requirements analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in change management and requirements analysis


Nice If You Have:

  • Master's degree
  • CCMP or similar change management certification


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
