War Reserve Materiel Planner, Senior
Key Role:
Provide logistics planner analysis supporting prepositioned war reserve materiel (WRM) equipment capabilities advancing evolving combat and collaborative operations strategies for denied environments. Use analytics and other advanced tools to optimize WRM packaging, storage and maintenance solutions for garrison and expeditionary locations. Serve as the primary liaison between client, capabilities functional area managers and materiel life cycle manager activities covering common, fuels, base and runway support equipment and spares.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Serve as the primary liaison between client, capabilities functional area managers and materiel life cycle manager activities covering common, fuels, base and runway support equipment and spares.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in USAF Logistics, or logistics planning
- 3+ years of experience in war reserve materiel requirements planning, agreements, expeditionary training, and reception, staging, onward movement, and integration
- 2+ years of experience working on Strategic Level military staff
- Experience using Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)
- Experience using Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES)
- Experience using Logistics Module (LOGMOD) system
- Knowledge of the agile combat employment concept
- Secret clearance
- Associate's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments and organizations
- Experience with leading and participating in a Working Group or similar planning groups
- Experience allocating resources and providing capabilities to units
- Knowledge of Operational Plans (OPLANs), Annex D, Unit Type Codes (UTC), WRM UTC Theater Working Group (TWG), Force Flow Work Sheets (FFWS), and Time Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD)
- Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings
- Possession of excellent critical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
- Graduate of Contingency Wartime Planning Course
