Are you looking for an opportunity to help the warfighter make resourcing decisions and identify mission-ready units? You know that missions succeed, and risk is minimized when leaders can make data-driven decisions. As a Defense Mission Professional, you'll build on your success in the military by adding to your analytical skillset. Here, you'll have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As a Defense Mission Professional, you'll work with leading-edge systems. Working with a team of business analysts, developers, testers, DevSecOps engineers, and data analysts, you'll solve complex integration and analytical problems and develop evaluation methods to assess service missions, address organizational, process, people or leadership challenges. Ready to make an impact by keeping the warfighter safe? This position is located on-site in Falls Church, VA and travel 10% of the time is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 2+ years of experience supporting the military, including active or reserve duty or a civilian support role
- Experience managing military readiness and unit, personnel, and equipment resources
- Experience with Agile principles, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of Navy Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, and Ordnance (PESTO) Data Sources
- Knowledge of the Bureau of Medicine's processes
- Ability to lead and facilitate PESTO working groups
- Ability to gather, understand, and communicate client business needs and translate them into potential solutions
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Data Visualization
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
