The Agile Practice Lead will help train teams on Agile methodologies and oversee development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes and drive organizational transformations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are tasked with encouraging all personnel to embrace the Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate improvements across the contract.
- Provide clear directions and instructional materials for agile teams.
Clearance Required:
- Current Secret.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including aligning Agile teams to deliver capabilities effectively.
- Proficiency in defining roles, artifacts, and processes to support Agile development efforts.
- Strong background in managing and tracking work within a SAFe environment to ensure timely completion of goals.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Agile development, with five (5) years specializing in the SAFe.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Development or related IT field preferred.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification.
- Prior experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer.
- Experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA, Confluence.
