RSC2 is looking for a remote Contracts Administrator with excellent communicative, administrative, and analytical business acumen and a desire to expand upon their government contracting experience! This position will be responsible for performing full lifecycle contracts, management of existing programs and supporting new business opportunities for our growing organization.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of prime Government contracts and subcontracts of various types, including FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursable, Cost Plus, hybrid, and IDIQ contract types, from acquisition strategy to contract closeout.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders within the assigned portfolio.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, modifications, non-disclosure agreements, and teaming agreements of medium complexity.
  • Support company proposal efforts as requested, including participating in proposal kickoff, pricing, and other review meetings with the Director of Contracts, assisting in subcontractor and vendor coordination, and assisting in preparation, organization, and filing of proposal documentation.
  • Partner with other corporate departments to perform cross-functional actions such as contract set-up in corporate systems for new awards, audit preparation, and support for various corporate initiatives.
  • Advise and support Project Managers in monitoring contract performance to ensure cost and technical objectives are met.
  • Identify potential risks and non-compliance issues, communicate/escalate them promptly, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Collect and compile contractual data to generate and submit reports (SCR, Subaward reporting, etc.) in response to contractual requirements and corporate requests.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records of all contracts, subcontracts, and related documents in centralized corporate systems, ensuring timely updates and proper archiving.
  • Assist the Director of Contracts to continually improve processes, procedures, and policies to promote compliance and efficiency of contract administration in alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, with a strong background in DoD contracting or a related government contracting environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes, FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision and be persistent in follow-through.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise contract documentation and compliance.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $108,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
