ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented MVP Project Coordinator to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position will be onsite 5 days a week.

The MVP Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the AtlasX Business Innovations Office, supporting cultural and business operations transformation efforts at Space Systems Command (SSC). This individual will be responsible for coordinating the execution of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), ensuring alignment with program objectives and successful delivery of outcomes. The MVP Project Coordinator will operate as a team coach, facilitating requirements definition, and applying Kanban and agile methodologies to manage MVP development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of MVPs throughout their lifecycle.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and definition sessions.
  • Apply Kanban and agile methodologies to plan, track, and manage MVP development.
  • Provide team coaching to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Incorporate UX/usability principles into the MVP development process.
  • Monitor and report on MVP progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Support the implementation of change management strategies related to MVP releases.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline).
  • 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience with Kanban.
  • Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Familiarity with UX/usability principles.
  • Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with change management practices.
  • Experience in a government or defense environment.


Clearance Requirements:
  • US Citizenship required; Must possess or be eligible for a Secret security clearance.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
