StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD to support a NAVAIR PMA on our recently awarded, Prime contract. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
• Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the program and performs all functional duties independently.
• May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Supporting the EMD IPT in all aspects of program management and for the MQ-25A systems acquisition
• Manage Procurement contracting documentation, to include, but not limited to Statements of Work (SOW), associated Attachments, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and Procurement Initiation Documentation (PID) through contract award.
• Incorporate technical/programmatic requirements into program acquisition documentation, solicitations and contracts.
• Ensure validity of proposals by performing analysis of proposed changes for feasibility and correctness of contracting vehicles, production priority, justification, test data, and cost data.
• Participate in technical evaluation and negotiation for MQ-25 procurements.
• Manage contract execution after award including coordination with Prime contractor to provide metrics on schedule execution of supplier purchase order placement for on-time delivery.
• Tracking documents, setting up Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC), and coordination with the Prime Contractor.
• Responsible for managing the major program acquisitions as well as coordination with the Contractor and other IPTL/team members.

Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Experience maintaining program efforts in the AMS Tools Suite (PMT, CSPT, CDRL).
• Microsoft Office: specifically PowerPoint and Excel to be able to assist with Briefs, reports, and financial data.
• Strong communication skills and multi-tasking; ability to communicate status to senior leadership and work independently with PCO and contract specialist.
• Strong organizational skills; must have knowledge using TEAMS and experience maintaining configuration management.
• Knowledge of program management, funding appropriations and the acquisition process as well as technical knowledge and application.
Education Requirements:
• Master's Degree.
• Allowable substitutions include:
• Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
• Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
• Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
