StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking an Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD to support a NAVAIR PMA on our recently awarded, Prime contract. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior (Operations) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements.

Essential Job Duties:

• Provide program management support to ACAT I/II Deputy Program Manager and provide operations support to the IPT.
• Candidate will be responsible for developing status and decisional program presentations with appropriate subject matter experts.
• Candidate will work with program teams to ensure schedule and risk tools are updated for management review.
• Candidate will provide acquisition support to include acquisition documentation updates and status, review/report contract status and coordinate technical specification and statement of work reviews.
• Will assist IPT leadership with annual budgetary reviews, cost planning/funding execution, and reporting of budgetary shortfalls.
• Will provide Operations Management to an IPT of over 200 team members and stakeholders.
• Candidate will engage with stakeholders such as NAVSEA, NIWC PAC and Industry to facilitate design and integration plans to meet program mission.
• Will develop and implement communication plans and design processes for an efficient and agile work environment.
• Candidate will facilitate meetings to include agenda and material development, record meeting minutes, and document action items.
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter and understanding of NAVAIR policies and procedures.
• Effectively run Teams Meetings, display slides, record minutes and actions, distribute in a timely manner
• Manage timelines for tasker deadlines, brief due dates, and financial deadlines
• Effectively communicate with UMCS team members, as well as stakeholders, internal and external to NAVAIR
• Due to the rapid pace and complex nature of this program, other duties may be assigned.

Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Financial Skills: Use of CSPT and Microsoft Excel. Download reports from CSPT for Financial Re-views/ as well as the BFMs when they ask. Enter Leadership data into CSPT.
• Microsoft Office: specifically PowerPoint and Excel to be able to assist with Briefs, reports, and financial data.
• Ability to multitask: New items surface daily and those must be worked while continuing to execute other tasks.
• Candidate must be proficient in MS Office and Teams software tools.
Education Requirements:
• Master's Degree
• Allowable substitutions include:
• Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
• Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
• Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• TS security clearance required.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $149,402.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
