Description:
You will be the Systems Integration & Test Engineer Lead for the Special Programs team, responsible for generating test procedures, preparing test readiness review packages, and executing qualification testing. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration, testing, and evaluation of complex systems.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the integration, testing, and evaluation of systems, including generating test plans and procedures, preparing test readiness review packages, and executing qualification testing. You will also support subcomponent and subassembly integration, the build of subassembly hardware, and the build of test equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating test procedures and plans
• Preparing test readiness review packages
• Executing qualification testing
• Writing qualification test reports
• Supporting subcomponent and subassembly integration
• Supporting the build of subassembly hardware and test equipment
• Technical planning, system integration, verification and validation

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Top Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM-related or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in hardware lab testing
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing.
• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification experience.
• Top Secret Clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Ability to lead test events
Demonstrated knowledge of Systems Engineering V
• Experience with sensor payloads
• Experience defining Test Approaches and Test Equipment requirements
• Experience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing.
• Design a system verification process that is performed to well-constructed I&T Plans
•Familiarity with defining security plans
• Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem HW/SW capabilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency.
• Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details.
• Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately.
• Generate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in V&V events.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
