System Administrator (Server/Hardware)

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in server hardware management to support our military client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of server hardware and systems. You will support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of server infrastructure and assist with maintaining high standards for system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain physical server hardware for mission-critical systems.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching on hardware and system software.

Ensure server systems are secure and comply with all military security regulations.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure system architecture and infrastructure meet mission requirements.

Qualifications:

Secret clearance is required.

CompTIA Security+ certification required.

3+ years of experience in system administration and hardware management.

Strong knowledge of server hardware, system installation, and troubleshooting.

Experience with system monitoring tools and ensuring optimal system performance.

Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues in a secure environment.
