Program Management Analyst (VOPS-2025-22814 ):
Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program or financial management support/analyses, including; needs assessments and cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Directly support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) Program Director (PD) for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC).
- CEC Strategic Planning support. IWS 6 is coming to Dahlgren for assistance in laying out these plans. Need PM support for meetings, planning sessions and status updates.
- CEC IV&V efficiency effort support. Support CEC IV&V team efforts at digitizing and improving efficiency for test planning and execution. Focus here is on program plans for this effort.
- CEC Test Infrastructure Planning support. Again, focus here is program plans for CEC test infrastructure updates.
- CEC Training Plan support. Similarly, focus here is program plans for CEC training activities.
- Provide programmatic and documentation support throughout a program Life-Cycle from concept development and formulation through initial system design, development, and deployment
- Collect and prepare data (CDRL A003; CDRL A001) for project activities such as program reviews, configuration audits, management meetings, planning sessions, design reviews, and status reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with Navy Combat Systems
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
