Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Windows 11 System Administration of physical and virtual hosts on the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) network supporting a US Government Customer. The selected candidate will work as the primary System Administrator for a customer managing Windows hosts (approximately 75 systems). The best candidate must have strong customer service, organizational and time management skills as they will be working independently to coordinate the work with the multiple members of the Code being supported.

Specific job duties include:
- System administration duties for Windows 11 laptop and desktop workstations on the RDT&E network.
- Run ACAS scans of host systems and interpret results.
- Update and patch Windows host software elements in accordance with the applicable STIGs for Information Assurance.
- Interact with users to define issues associated with NMCI Windows 11 hosts, determine proper action, and then initiate and track NMCI trouble tickets until the issue is closed out.

Required Skills
- 1-2 Years of Experience with Windows Systems
