Overview
R&P is looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our US Navy RTN DDG Support Team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need an expierienced Combat Systems Test Coordinator ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

We need an expierienced Combat Systems Test Coordinator ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of Combat system equipment installations
- Assist in the execution and tracking of Combat System Stage Tests
- Validate an extensive range of US Navy Combat Systems and associated equipment in the combat suite
- Able to perform hands on testing in one or more areas of Combat Systems: ICOMMS, EXCOMMS, Crypto, SPY radars, VLS, CEC, SLQ-32, TLAM
Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- Must possess at least 10 years of testing experience
- Must have at least 3 years of hands-on testing experience with multiple areas of Combat
Systems to include:
- Background in Combat System concept of operations
- Cable testing
- Electromagnetic Interference testing
- Product Configuration Identification testing
- Interior Communications equipment and systems, radar systems
- General Navigation Aids, electronic, mechanical, and electrical primary and support equipment testing
- Communications equipment testing
- Cryptographic systems testing
- Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex requirements
- Experience with testing in an AGILE environment
