On-Site Manager
The Opportunity:

As a Site Manager on our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the mission objectives outlined by the military client, ensuring that all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles. This includes coordinating with our team and the client to schedule training sessions, managing training resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You ensure the client is informed of training and event support requirements, any potential changes to those requirements, and any conflicts with overlapping or simultaneous requirements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

As a Site Manager on our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the mission objectives outlined by the military client, ensuring that all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles. This includes coordinating with our team and the client to schedule training sessions, managing training resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You ensure the client is informed of training and event support requirements, any potential changes to those requirements, and any conflicts with overlapping or simultaneous requirements.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience with Military training and training support
- Experience in operations and training requirements at brigade or higher level
- Experience in training management
- Experience as a brigade or primary staff officer, CSM, or a senior LTC or COL FA-57
- Knowledge of the Army Mission Command Training
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of a MEL-4 or equivalent level military schooling
Nice If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with military simulations
- 2+ years of experience in Army MTCs
- Experience as a Division or Higher Commander
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration or related field
