The PI position is an integral part of the team supporting our Sponsor to deliver unique, high-value training solutions while effectively leveraging the expertise of our workforce to meet critical mission requirements in the areas Technical Training Instructors, Technical Instructional Systems Designers, Subject Matter Experts, Program Integrators, Course Role Players, and Property Administrators.
We are looking for a highly motivated PI to join our team. As the PI you will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning supporting the delivery of over 30 in-person training classes per year as well as asynchronous and web-based training. The PI assigned work includes:

We are looking for a highly motivated PI to join our team. As the PI you will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning supporting the delivery of over 30 in-person training classes per year as well as asynchronous and web-based training. The PI assigned work includes:
- Tracking course execution across milestones in preparation for decision points
- Designing and orchestrating workflows, business rules, processes, and SOPs
- Coordinating course scheduling using various Customer mission planning tools
- Managing and coordinating role players and final exercises
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in business processes and tracking program execution
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Education or Liberal Arts or more than 5 years of experience providing training or training support with Sponsor
- Demonstrated expertise with Customer mission planning tools
- Demonstrated experience reading, interpreting, communicating, and presenting complex information
- Demonstrated experience interacting with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management
- Demonstrated experience listening well and resolving issues identified by stakeholders
