Position Description:
Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst will support the Mars Ascent Vehicle (MAV) Project at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). This position is located in our Huntsville, AL office with work performed at client site in NASA Marshall Space Flight Center; Huntsville, AL.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Serve as subject matter expert for all aspects of Earned Value Management (EVM) including establishing and maintaining a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), proper administration of management reserve, and all requirements associated with meeting the EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and EVM best practices.
-Support and/or facilitating Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), EVMS Surveillance Review
-Provide support for NASA PPBE process
-Provide support associated with implementing and maintaining EVM within a project environment to include planning and setting up the PMB, leading/supporting IBRs, performing EVM data analysis, and reporting (using commercial EVM tools such as Cobra or Empower).
-Develop EVM Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for both prime contractor and MSFC MAV In-House EVM data and schedule development/resource-loading
-Integrate both prime contractor and MSFC MAV In-House EVM data in Cobra and Empower
-Conduct EVM analysis, trending, forecasting, problem identification and develop/present monthly EVM data
-Develop/provide EVM products and services like the WBS, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), prime contractor surveillance, Integrated Project Monthly Reports (IPMR)
-Provide Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) support.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-Minimum 20 years of experience (15 yrs in direct Aerospace/Research and Development)
-Cobra or Empower experience
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
-Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications
-Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $111,600.00 - $195,200.00.
