Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking candidates for a Strategic and Organizational Planning Analyst (SOPA) to support a USG client in Northern Virginia. The SOPA will assist the component of the USG client with strategic and organizational planning, management and technical board operations, technical editing, schedule development/maintenance and facilitating of internal and external communications.
This position is located in Chantilly.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Maintaining up-to-date stakeholder engagement schedule for component leadership to ensure all collaboration efforts are maintained in accordance with program objectives.
Working closely with component leadership to develop and execute a centralized change management plan across efforts and implementing strategy for program success.
Documenting component strategy, program overviews and implementation goals to educate client stakeholders, users and leadership.
Assisting in preparation of briefing presentations, reports and program updates to internal and external executive leadership.
Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of team members, managing timekeeping and other functions and providing strategic support to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborating with project staff to ensure timely completion of assigned corporate and internal component tasks.
Tracking and monitoring ongoing program activities and various initiatives.
Updating and maintaining the content management system with relevant documents on SharePoint, the office website, and shared folders while posting announcements and relevant documents as it relates to the program.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in project and resource management.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting the IC.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives.
Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
Excellent time management.
Strong written and oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track component activities.
Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise.
Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities.
Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad consumer level and executive audiences.
Proven ability to interact with customers, external stakeholders and program managers in a highly matrixed environment
Experience engaging with internal and external stake holders, partners, downstream consumers and senior champions.
Knowledge of a broad range of office and security related policies and procedures specific to the USG client.
Broad understanding of USG client's activities and protocols across its enterprise.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $169,700.00.
