We are currently seeking a highly skilled GSA Schedule & Contracts Consultant to support and manage all aspects of GSA schedules including new schedule offers, modifications (technical and price), and assessments and audits as well as non-GSA related full life cycle contract and subcontract management. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with deep experience in GSA MAS schedules, NDAs/TAs, prime and subcontract agreements, and FAR/DFARS compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and proven experience guiding businesses through government procurement processes while maximizing contract performance and maintaining regulatory compliance.

GSA Schedule Management Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer GSA MAS Schedules and sales and compliance reporting in government systems
- Lead the development, submission, and negotiation of GSA Schedule proposals and contract modifications.
- Support clients in preparing for and completing GSA Annual Contractor Assessments and applicable audits.
- Provide strategic guidance on GSA Schedule pricing and SIN management
- Conduct detailed market research to identify contract growth opportunities and competitive pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with GSA contracting teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Stay current with federal acquisition trends and policy updates to proactively support client compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align contract strategy with business goals.
Contract Administration Key Responsibilities:
- contracts, ensuring full compliance with FAR/DFARS and applicable regulations.
- Maintain and update entity registrations (e.g., SAM.gov), NAICS codes, and certifications.
- Utilize extensive government contractual expertise to oversee implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional business team members and clients, conduct risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Review complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services.
- Skillfully negotiate NDAs, TAs, contract modifications, and agreements within delegated authority limits.
- Offer contractual support and mentorship to junior contracts team members and business team members.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely.
- Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.
- Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract/program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.
- Support or undertake any additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with GSA Schedule management and contract/subcontract management.
- Bachelors degree.
- In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition policies.
- Proven experience in GSA Schedule and Reporting platforms (e.g., eMod, GSA Advantage, FAS, etc.)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through contract optimization.
- Experience mentoring administrative or contracts staff.
