Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Program Overview
A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.
About The Role
Performs an assortment of complex engineering duties. Duty requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design and fabricate prototype circuit boards for pulse power systems
- Create documentation for existing prototypes and follow on production boards
- Identify capability gaps in current EE infrastructure both in the WMA and at a remote CONUS customer site and propose solutions to address those gaps
- Create multiple electrical engineering solutions to pulse power problems to address system risk issues
- Maintain lab spaces to ensure ability to maintain operations
- Utilize digital and analog solutions to address complex electrical engineering challenges
- Assist with systems integration efforts incorporating pulse power systems into a larger system
Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
- 3+ years of experience as a electrical engineer or similar role with sponsor
- Demonstrated experience supporting the sponsor organization
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of documentation
- Comprehensive experience working in the IC
- Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Strong understanding of Sponsor systems and capabilities
- Electrical Engineering Certifications
