You will be the Field Service Engineering Associate Manager for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business at its Archbald, PA facility. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. As a working manager, you will lead a team of field service engineers and technicians, driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Field Service Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of field service engineers and technicians, providing technical coaching and mentoring, and developing employee careers
• Assigning work, conducting performance assessments, and planning salaries
• Selecting and training team members, recognizing and addressing performance issues, and developing engineering competencies
• Supporting program development, executing program requirements, and adhering to engineering development processes
• Promoting customer focus and serving as the technical conscience for your program
• Conducting technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements
• Troubleshooting technical problems and determining technical solutions
• Conducting technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives
• Performing depot-level repairs, modifications, and refurbishments of customer equipment
• Operating automated or general-purpose test equipment and using knowledge of basic electronic and optical theory

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or appropriate equivalent experience
-Previous field service experience.
-Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning and mentoring
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Self-Starter Personality; Ability to multitask
-Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
-Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
-Strong Interpersonal Skills
-Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
-Prior Engineering Management or leadership experience
-Proposal Development Experience;
-Basis of Estimate (BOE) Development
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
-Working experience and requirements knowledge for the development of designs for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plant (NNPP) products.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
