Description:We are seeking an experienced overt "Whitehat" pen-tester to join our Lockheed Martin Corporate Red Team as a Cyber Test Exploitation Senior Tester. As a key member of the Corporate Red Team, you will conduct comprehensive cyber-security assessments on our corporate network infrastructure, cloud/SaaS environments, and products to identify vulnerabilities and develop exploits. By leveraging a more collaborative testing approach, allowing testers to uncover key vulnerabilities in less time, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will help us ensure the security posture of our corporation and mitigate cyber risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct overt cyber security exploitation testing on enterprise infrastructure, hardware, and software
• Collaborate with Red Team members and corporate infrastructure technologists to assess cyber systems
• Lead testing efforts on assigned missions, assessing corporate assets both on-prem and in the cloud
• Provide guidance and advice to development teams on building cyber-secure systems
• Test and analyze complex problems related to attack vectors and mitigations
• Develop technical solutions to cyber security issues
• Document and report discovered vulnerabilities to senior leaders

As a Cyber Test Exploitation Senior Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our corporate systems and assets. Basic Qualifications:
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5 + years of hands-on keyboard penetration testing and technical testing leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS environments hosted in AWS or Azure Cloud
• Intermediate level experience penetration testing of Web applications and its various components (Injection, XSS, validation, session mgmt, web services, hosting, web traffic analysis, etc)
• Demonstrated understand of networking essentials, data flows, architecture, protocols, traffic, wireless, etc.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms, with a strong understanding of OS configuration, file systems, components, and architectures.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a large-scale dynamic work environment
• Ability to travel (15%)
Desired Skills:
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
• Ability to lead small testing teams and deliver results
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Python, C, C#, PowerShell, and Bash
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically
• Proven experience in testing platform-related weapon system's embedded components
• Familiarity with vendor vulnerability discovery and reporting requirements
• Exposure to zero-trust architecture implementations
• Experience with virtual networking and associated concepts
• Experience with Splunk at the Power User level
Certifications: OSCP, OSCE, HTB-CPTS
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $97,100 - $171,235. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
