Description:You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for our program team. Our team is responsible for implementing and executing program quality requirements across the entire program life-cycle, from proposals to production and support.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the quality effort and partnering with program teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout design, development, production, and mobilization phases. You will oversee all aspects of quality, including hardware, software, systems, suppliers, and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Leading the implementation and execution of program quality requirements
-Performing contract reviews and flowing down contract quality requirements to the quality team
-Establishing quality budgets and cost commitments
-Serving on the program area Risk and Opportunity Review Boards
-Ensuring Quality Assurance Plans are documented, current, and implemented
-Scheduling and ensuring assessments of program quality (e.g. quality audits)
-Maintaining a strong relationship with DCMA/Customer quality teams

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Knowledgeable of AS9100 standard and implementation of Quality Management System
- Experienced as a team lead and facilitator
- Experience implementing material review boards and dispositioning non-conformances
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for development of quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection and test of manufactured products.
- Experience in making risk-based data driven decisions
- Advance understanding and experience doing root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques
- Knowledge of Configuration Management and control processes
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Clear and concise communication skills in writing and presentation
- Ability to travel
Desired Skills:
- Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Special Process Engineering experience
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and / or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
- Demonstrated experience leading digital analytics projects and usage of analytical tools such as Tableau, Minitab, etc.
- Experience with Vehicle Operations and processes such as APQP.
- Familiar with requirements for handling and control of
Government Furnished Equipment Property
- Earned Value Management System Cost Account Manager (EVMS CAM) certification
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
