Description:You will be a Property Analyst, responsible for performing property control analysis activities to ensure the continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property. Our team is responsible for managing property accountability and ensuring compliance with applicable corporate policies, customer requirements, and government regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Property Analyst, you will be responsible for managing property accountability through a system of controls, from acquisition to disposition. You will interact with customers, federal oversight agencies, and internal personnel to investigate, analyze, and resolve regulatory compliance issues. You will also coordinate and conduct internal and external property assessments, develop Basis of Estimates, and provide support and justification to capture teams during program pursuits.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performs property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations.
• Manages property accountability as assigned through a system of controls for all outcomes from Acquisition through Disposition.
• Interacts with customers, federal oversight agencies and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing and resolving regulatory compliance issues.
• Coordinates and conducts internal and external property assessments and analyzes results as assigned.
• Develops Basis of Estimates (where appropriate) during the proposal phase and provides support and justification to capture teams during program pursuits.
• Involved in property related matters, pre and post contract award, to identify risks, unique contractual requirements and support during contract performance and applicable closeout activities.
• Applies working knowledge and comprehension of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements, contracts, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) for property acquisition, use and disposition.
• Ensures compliance of major business systems and processes required to do business with domestic and international entities.
• May be responsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Prior experience with government contracts.
Desired Skills:
Contracts knowledge.
Accounting and Finance background.
Auditing skills and techniques.
Familiarity with Property Business Systems.
Previous experience operating enterprise database tools.
Application of Voluntary Consensus Standards.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
