Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared medical Case Manager who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Virginia. Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

In this role you will:
- Support Case Management services for injured, ill or recovering clients,
- Accurately collect and record utilization metrics and provide monthly reporting,
- Utilize stellar communication skills to assist the client in understanding the administrative requirements needed for reimbursements,
- Shall perform ad hoc duties as per the Program Manager discretion,
- Pursue job accommodations as appropriate and understanding of the process gain approvals,
- Formulate timely case reports, to include presentation of factual information and analysis of such.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience in home health care and/or mental health facilities is applicable.
- Experience with care delivery, psychosocial support and reimbursement systems.
- An understanding of rehabilitative strategies.
- Ability to establish working relationships and effective communication with professional personnel of various backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in writing factual, clear, and concise reports, to include situational analysis.
- Ability to maintain daily scheduled activities and effective time management skills.
- Decisive and efficient decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Nationally recognized current board-certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) from the Commission for Case Management Certification, and/or a willingness to obtain such certification.
