Sumaria is seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate for Technical Order Management Support.
Job Description:
- Shall provide support for TO oversight functions IAW TO 00-5-3. Shall assist to approve requisition and distribution changes received from Technical Order Distribution Offices (TODO). Shall assist to assign TO numbers as required to support new equipment/software. Shall assist F-16 users on TO discrepancies. Shall assist TO users in managing printing and distribution requirements for revisions/changes. Shall support the Central Technical Order Management (CTOM) team.
- Shall assist the TOMA in digital Combined Air Force Technical Order Plan/Technical Order Requirements Plan (CAFTOP/TORP) and Technical Order Currency Index (TOCI). Shall assist to review and populate the Technical Order Information Spreadsheet (TOIS). Shall assist to prepare the TORP on an annual basis. Shall support the Logistical Support Requirements (LSR) to determine TO requirements. Shall assist TOMA in determining and executing TO sustainment funding requirements.
- Shall provide support for government computer systems to include, but not limited to, ETIMS, TODGP, and various GFS/government web based programs. Shall assist in defining requirements and workflows within all computer systems, indexing current TO into ETIMS, distributing TOs to F-16 customers worldwide, distributing Interim Operational and Safety Supplements (IOS/ISS) via ETIMS and performing daily TO customer service functions.
- Shall assist to order all pertinent publications, post changes, retrieve and post interim supplements and TCTOs, as well as update and submit approved Air Force TO Form 43s ' USAF TODO Assignment or Change Request to Kirtland AFB and Tinker AFB IAW TO 00-5-1 for an annual submission.
- Shall provide research assistance and technical support to all USAF civilian and contractor personnel, and various certified U.S. defense contractors CONUS-wide. Shall advise and assist the Government of pertinent DoD and Air Force TO management, planning and sustainment.
- Shall assist to field questions and provide research assistance/ technical support to various other programs outside the F-16 program office.
Required Skills/Education/Experience:
High School and 22 years experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 18 years work experience, or a Master's degree and 10-15 years experience.
Travel: Yes, CONUS travel mandatory.
Security Clearance Required: Must have Active SECRET.
