This role requires expertise in SIGNALS analysis rather than SIGINT, emphasizing a nuanced understanding of signals intelligence for comprehensive mission support.
The Level 2 Signals Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:
- Seeking true SIGNALS analysts proficient in DNI, Cyber, and PROFORMA (waveform, bitstream, parametrics), potentially tasked with developing and delivering training initiatives. This role requires expertise in SIGNALS analysis rather than SIGINT, emphasizing a nuanced understanding of signals intelligence for comprehensive mission support. Analyst should have experience with PKTswing and NGView for bit level identification and characterization.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Associates degree with 7 years of experience
- HS diploma or GED with 9 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent) or who have completed relevant military training (9141 (Navy Tech ELINT Analyst 1N2A (Air Force Tech ELINT Analyst 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis); or who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP) Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP)
- Degrees must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program listed above.
Clearance:
- Must Have A TS/SCI With Full Scope Poly.
