As an Implementation SME - Intermediate, you will provide advanced functional and technical support for the DLA's JCXS platform, directly contributing to a mission-critical Department of Defense system that enables agile, secure, and auditable contracting in deployed and contingency environments.

As an Implementation SME - Intermediate, you will provide advanced functional and technical support for the DLA's JCXS platform, directly contributing to a mission-critical Department of Defense system that enables agile, secure, and auditable contracting in deployed and contingency environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional and technical support for EBS (Enterprise Business Systems).
- Support sustainment, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities across JCXS.
- Interpret business and financial requirements into actionable system-level solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including use cases, process workflows, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with senior program leadership, analysts, and developers to ensure system alignment with DoD business processes.
- Drive improvements to financial and acquisition processes across the JCXS platform lifecycle.
- 4+ years of experience supporting EBS systems in DoD or federal environments.
- Proven experience with system implementation, sustainment, and enhancement tasks.
- Strong understanding of DoD and Federal financial and logistics processes.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required at the time of proposal submission.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
