Must Haves:
Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Essential Tasks:
Must Haves:
- Mechanical Assembly Skills: Proficiency in building complex mechanical assemblies. (electrical and optical assemblies, components, and harnesses)
- Computer Skills: Adept at programming assemblies using relevant software.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions, drawings, or schematics to effectively perform job duties.
- Communication Skills
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to learn new tools.

- HS Diploma and 1-3 Years experience
- Currently or previously IPC J-STD-001 solder certified
