- Multi-domain command and control systems
- Data-rich visualization tools for secure, operational environments
- Robotics and autonomy for real-time field operations
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with mission partners, analysts, and product teams to turn operational requirements into shippable software that performs under pressure. We're looking for engineers who are not only highly technical, but deeply mission-driven and pragmatic in their approach.
What You'll Do:
- Lead development efforts for secure, scalable, and high-performance applications
- Own the end-to-end software lifecycle - from architecture to deployment
- Write production-grade code (primarily in C#, Go, or C++) that supports mission-critical use cases
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather real-time feedback and shape product evolution
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve systems that operate in high-stakes environments
- Build tools to support real-time data processing, system monitoring, and user workflows
- Mentor engineers, review code, and contribute to the broader product direction
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Strong experience in C#, Go, or C++, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Hands-on expertise in front-end development and UI/UX-focused workflows
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed architectures, and data processing at scale
- Proven ability to work autonomously on complex technical challenges
- Familiarity with modern DevOps workflows, containers, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Currently holds and can maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Passion for building software that directly contributes to national security outcomes
