TRG is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to provide the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) Program Management Support Services.
This position is currently hybrid, with work being performed at the Pentagon, the Mark Center, TRG headquarters, and/or remote. Core hours are between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all activities carried out by contractor personnel, including those of subcontractors and teaming partners
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure performance meets expectations and procedural concerns are addressed
- Organize and direct contractor workforce operations to maintain productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to develop long-term strategies and technical initiatives
- Provide input on portfolio objectives and support technical and program management tasks, including analyses to define and assess FSD activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and support in managing procurements, schedules, risk assessments, system transitions, and user impact considerations
- Develop program schedules/milestones and track progress against performance goals and budget constraints
- Support the production of reports, presentations, and official communications, and prepare timely written meeting minutes
- Review deliverables to ensure submissions are of the highest quality
- Serve as a liaison between TRG and the client
- Support transition and hiring activities
- Develop and maintain a repository of important contract information
Education, Clearance, and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- An active Secret security clearance
- Twelve (12) years of relevant project management and program management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
