Bluehawk is seeking a Program Manager to support a contract at the Russell-Knox Building (RKB) in Quantico, VA. As a Program Manager you will manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

Responsibilities
- Track, and be responsible for, the overall performance of the work.
- Coordinate any proposed alternate work schedules that may be arranged depending on the operational tempo/needs of the mission with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Promptly notify Bluehawk HR and the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) of any personnel issues.
- Ensure all SOW task deliverables are provided by the due date and meet task requirements.
- Meet all SOW task requirements and provide management of all work performed on the SOW task.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure sufficient staffing to cover any leave or absences.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (or higher-level degree) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification current at time of contract award and maintained through the life of contract.
- Minimum of 12 years' of experience in program management.
- Minimum of 12 years' of experience in interacting with high-ranking officials on program management support.
- Current TS/SCI security clearance.
