COLSA is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support the Aerial Networks Division (AFLCMC/HNA). HNA is responsible for acquiring, deploying, and sustaining integrated information systems, networks, enterprise services, and applications that enable Global Information Grid (GIG) capabilities. These systems support seamless communication across land, sea, air, and space domains. The division delivers voice, video, and data network capabilities tailored to joint and coalition warfighter needs, enabling global net-centric operations

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force.
- Posess knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.
- Possess the knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and the pursuit of alternative courses of action.
- Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
- Be able to plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment as well as formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives.
- Be able to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e., Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR), etc.). Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews.
- Be able to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
- Be available to travel CONUS/OCONUS extensively

Required Experience
One of the following combinations of education/experience:

- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
- OR 18 years of directly related experience, eight of which must be in the DoD

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of DoD 5000 processes, policies, and lifecycle management as they pertain to Air Force acquisition programs
- U.S. Citizenship required; Must have current/active SECRET security clearance
